Every once in awhile, I fall in love with a Tagalog song. And usually, these are the really melodramatic ones. Hahaha!
When I visited Noreen, this really sentimental song was playing. I liked it because it was good music and because the words were just so cheesy.
I've always been a fan of the Tagalog dialect. We're talking about the really old and deep Tagalog here though. I think the words are just really deep and so full of meaning.
Anyway, the song's title is "Hiling," which is Tagalog for "request." The song is basically about someone requesting his or her lover to smile and to stay (in the relationship, I suppose).
