I was going to see The Simpsons at Gateway with a friend. While waiting, I saw another friend who works at the Gateway cinema. Since I knew my movie buddy would be late, I went with my friend from Gateway when she asked me to hang out for a while at the G-Platinum (aacckkk!!! Hehe!) lounge. While waiting, in comes this guy to use the bathroom. I saw him earlier when he arrived at the mall for an event, but I really didn’t think I’d get a chance to have a photo with him, because the event was by invitation only. Hehe! Anyway, when he stepped out of the men’s room, I threw away whatever shyness I had, and asked for a photo with him. He was actually nice. But stupid me, I didn't say a word, not even a compliment for any of his films. Eeeep!

ReplyDeletenoel: ey there. he's here for a week (?) for the cinemanila festival (various asean indie films are shown at two local malls.) he'll also be receiving a lifetime achievement award from cinemanila, if i'm not mistaken.
