The SWAC Expo is a free event that will happen in 4 key cities in the Philippines:

April 16 to 18 in Manila at the Podium Mall
April 18 in Cebu at Ayala Mall
April 20 in Baguio at the University of Cordilleras Auditorium
April 21 in Davao at Gaisano Mall.
