Good first day...

It was a good first day in Tokyo.

The flight arrived ahead of schedule, immigration was smooth, I managed to get the pocket wifi and train ticket on time.

By 1002, I was on board the Keisei Skyliner heading to Otsuka. I booked a hotel for one night since I needed to move around this afternoon.

The whole afternoon was spent at the housing agent. He discussed the conditions of the share house etc etc and I had to sign a lot of papers. After that, we went to the share house.

The neighbourhood was very residential. There were several food places around. I didn't get to meet any of my housemates as they were all away. I just pray that they are all nice people.

By the time we ended, it was already past 5. I thanked the agent and then I headed back to the hotel for a much needed shower.

In the evening, I met up with Dean for dinner and coffee at Ueno. I need to go back to that area. There were some shops I saw that I want to visit. Hehe.

It was a really goood first day! Tomorrow, I need to go to the ward office and do more paperwork. I hope things will continue to be smooth.

There's a typhoon arriving but I hope all will be okay. Prayers prayers.

New week, new day, new city, new country.
